I'll help you unpack the burdens you are carrying.
Whether you are single or have a vocation to marriage or the celibate life, we are all called to live out our calling with sanctity and to become saints. You may be experiencing doubts in your discernment or feeling overwhelmed and anxious in living out fully your vocation in accordance with God’s plan. St. John Paul II reminds us that each one of us is unique and unrepeatable, and the purpose of our existence is present within us from the moment we are created.

Much of our anxiety, fears and coping mechanisms in daily life is a result of our innate struggle to resolve dilemmas or traumas stemming from our woundedness in our childhood. Our wounds are a part of our story, but they can remain as exiled or unintegrated parts of ourselves that become barriers to discovering our true purpose and identity as children of God. We become stuck in the same maladaptive patterns of behaviours if we are not aware and conscious of how these patterns have originated and will continue to impede our efforts to move forward.
Relationship is key to unveiling these wounds and healing from them. We are all created, wounded, and healed within the context of relationship. Your own healing can begin by engaging your story with curiosity, compassion and honoring your infinite dignity in the sacred space of a trusting relationship with a mentor. In the accompaniment of your story, you will find greater freedom to embrace your identity, restore wholeness and more confidently move forward in becoming who you are created to be. Do you wish to engage with your story with the support of a mentor so that you can have the freedom to collaborate in your future with God? It is my privilege to walk this sacred path with you.
As a registered clinical psychologist trained in trauma informed interventions as well as a certified Mentor, I understand the experiences of feeling stuck with maladaptive relational patterns and coping mechanisms that impedes one’s growth and healing. This may make it difficult for you to experience being loved and it may limit your freedom to love fully in your relationships. It is my great desire to accompany you on your journey of healing and growth in holiness and to experience the unconditional love and peace that God wants to give you.

I am a CatholicPsych Institute Certified Mentor and a graduate of the CPMAP Program. The CatholicPsych Model of Applied Personalism (CPMAP) integrates Catholic anthropology and spirituality with psychological principles for an integrated understanding of the human person.
I am a registered Clinical Psychologist in New South Wales, Australia and have worked in Private Practice for a decade. I have my own private practice in Sydney, Australia, Restorative Heart Psychology and I have worked with people to explore early attachment patterns, transform maladaptive relational patterns, resolve developmental and acute traumatic experiences as well as alleviate depressive and anxiety symptoms. I will be practising in the role of a mentor in this Mentorship Program, integrating Catholic spirituality and psychological principles to accompany you in discovering your true identity as a child of God as I listen to your sacred story and to help you experience the profound healing God desires for you as you take the small steps to grow in holiness.

Mentorship (technically called Integrated Daily Dialogic Mentorship, or IDDM) is neither traditional counseling nor spiritual direction, but occupies a unique space in between those two fields. Mentorship is daily accompaniment, looking at you and your story as an integrated whole, examined at your pace, with the goal of finding happiness and holiness in your life.
