Who is God calling you to be?
I'll help you unpack the burdens you are carrying.
St. John Paul II taught the world so much about what it means to be human. One of my favorite insights from him is that each person is a unique and unrepeatable reflection of God. Yet in a culture that often values performance and achievement, it can be difficult to embrace the truth of our inherent worth and belovedness. Life’s challenges and disruptions can leave us feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or far from the person we were created to be.
Through my own journey, I’ve come to understand that lasting transformation doesn’t happen through insight or willpower alone—it happens in relationship. We are created in relationship, wounded in relationship, and healed in relationship—especially in our relationship with God, others, and our own hearts. Insight is an important step toward healing, but it’s not the only one. True growth happens when we experience something new in relationship: a safe, compassionate space where we are seen, heard, and encouraged to become who God created us to be.

I work with individuals who are navigating the stress, disconnection, and confusion that can come with life’s many demands and disruptions. Whether you’re facing burnout, anxiety, hopelessness, relational struggles, grief, or simply a sense that something isn’t quite right, I offer a space where you can slow down, listen inwardly, and begin to reconnect with the interior freedom that has been woven into your very being by God—waiting to be rediscovered.
I offer a space where there is no need to pretend or perform—just an invitation to show up as you are. If you find yourself in a season where life feels heavy or unclear, I would be honored to walk alongside you. Together, through the grace of God, we can explore what healing and restoration might look like in your story.

I am a CatholicPsych Institute Certified Mentor, trained in the CatholicPsych Model of Applied Personalism (CPMAP). This integrative model combines solid Catholic anthropology and spiritual formation with evidence-based psychological science to offer healing that engages the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
My background includes decades of leadership and mentoring experience in healthcare and ministry, which now inform my work of accompanying others through seasons of disruption and transition, emotional or relational upheaval, and vocational discernment. With deep compassion and continuous learning into what it means to be human, I create space for clients to explore their interiority and discover how to live from a place of freedom that fosters healing and hope.
My approach is rooted in the values of authenticity, relationship, integration, and unity—offering a space where clients can encounter God’s healing grace and reclaim the fullness of who they were created to be.
Mentorship (technically called Integrated Daily Dialogic Mentorship, or IDDM) is neither traditional counseling nor spiritual direction, but occupies a unique space in between those two fields. Mentorship is daily accompaniment, looking at you and your story as an integrated whole, examined at your pace, with the goal of finding happiness and holiness in your life.
