CatholicPsych Institute

Press Kit

Over the last 25 years, there are more people in therapy and more people receiving medication for mental health struggles than ever before, with nearly every metric indicating downturns as it pertains to suicide, gender dysphoria, and symptoms of depression and anxiety. Despite these statistics, one organization is observing positive transformations in the field of Catholic mental health care thanks to its innovative proprietary model of accompaniment called Integrated Daily Dialogic Mentorship (IDDM) or “Mentorship” for short. Officially introduced to the public for the first time in 2019, CatholicPsych Institute, a Catholic mental health and wellness organization based outside NYC, is overwhelmed with success stories and tangible results patients are experiencing from Mentorship compared to traditional psychotherapy.
