I'll help you unpack the burdens you are carrying.
While completing my graduate studies in Sacred Theology, I sensed a profound call from God to accompany others on their journey of faith and healing. Whether you find yourself burdened by a vice that seems impossible to overcome, are overwhelmed by the demands of daily life, or struggling to find peace in your marriage and relationships, I want you to know that I desire to enter into it with you.
Firmly rooted in the teachings of the Catholic Church and the Catholic Psych Model of Applied Personalism, and always open to the guidance of the Holy Spirit, it would be my privilege to share in your experience to help you find the healing, peace, and fulfillment that God has lovingly prepared for you. Your struggles are seen and known by God, and you do not have to face them alone. Together, we can seek His grace and light along the path toward healing.
Perhaps you are here because the Lord is stirring your heart, inviting you to rediscover hope and to trust that His peace is truly within reach. Can I be your daily mentor and companion on this journey toward the wholeness and renewal that Christ so deeply desires for you?
"We are not the sum of our weaknesses and failures, we are the sum of the Father's love for us and our real capacity to become the image of His Son Jesus." -St Pope John Paul II
Autem dolore, alias, numquam enim ab voluptate id quam harum ducimus cupiditate similique quisquam et deserunt.
We are created by Relationship itself—the Holy Trinity—in the image of that perfect Relationship. Our existence is rooted in a divine connection with the Creator. From the very beginning, we are formed in relationship: first within the family and then within the broader community. It is through these relationships that we learn how to love, grow, and become the fullest expression of ourselves, as we journey toward eternal communion with God in Heaven.
While the mystery of community and relational life can be studied through the sciences, it ultimately reveals something deeper: a reflection of God’s goodness and the profound beauty of being in relationship with others. When our relationships become distorted and lack a true reflection of God’s goodness, our emotional lives often act as an alert system—to guide us back toward what is truly Good, True, and Beautiful.
No matter how overwhelming or distressing your relationships and emotional life may feel, the core disposition toward the True, Good, and Beautiful remains within you. Even in times of struggle, there is always hope for healing and restoration because we are made for communion—with God and with one another.
Together, you and I can turn toward the inner dissonance and emotional distress you are experiencing within yourself and in your relationships, to uncover God’s unique path of healing and fulfillment that He has prepared for you.
“Come to me, all you who labor and are burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am meek and humble of heart; and you will find rest for yourselves. For my yoke is easy, and my burden light.” Matthew 11:28-30

Before being called to the ministry of accompaniment, I built a tenured leadership career in a Fortune 100 company. I hold a Master’s degree in Sacred Theology and am trained and certified by the Catholic Psych Institute as a Certified Mentor Partner. As a former Protestant who is now a practicing Catholic, I have a deep love for the One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church and for the transformative power of the Sacraments. I am grateful for the opportunity to serve my local parish as a lay catechist in the RCIA program, as the spiritual mentor for our Siena Sorority ministry that supports and guides young adult women in our community, and as a liturgical minister.
On a personal level, my husband and I are blessed to be married in the Church, and together with our five children, form a blended family of seven. If you are a single or married man or woman struggling in any area of your life—whether interiorly, in your marriage, coping with the pain of separation or divorce, navigating the complexities of parenting or blending a family, or challenged by relationships from your family of origin or anxieties at work—it would be my privilege to bring both my training and personal experience into a mentorship relationship with you.
If God is stirring your heart toward connection with me, I would be honored to begin our journey together. I truly cannot wait to meet you!
“Bear one another’s burdens, and so you will fulfill the law of Christ.* Galatians 6:2
Mentorship (technically called Integrated Daily Dialogic Mentorship, or IDDM) is neither traditional counseling nor spiritual direction, but occupies a unique space in between those two fields. Mentorship is daily accompaniment, looking at you and your story as an integrated whole, examined at your pace, with the goal of finding happiness and holiness in your life.
