I accompany mothers and parents carrying the hidden weight of family life — with particular care for those supporting a child or loved one through struggle.
This work is rooted in understanding that we are made in and through and for love. It's rooted in sound psychology and the beauty of Catholic spirituality. It helps you experience the truth that presence is enough — not so you can perform better, but so you and the people around you can feel the safety of not being alone in the hard stuff of life.
This is what John Paul II called the family's deepest vocation: a school of love. Not a perfect one — a real one, where love is learned, practiced, and passed on. No one comes from a perfect family. No one has a perfect family. Only Jesus Himself can claim that.
Through my own experience of mentorship, I know personally the healing that can happen in a relationship with someone who isn’t asking for your care, but is there to care only for you and what you need today, who will be there waiting for you again tomorrow.
You don't have to have it together or clean up the mess before you begin, and you don’t have to struggle alone.
If you saw yourself in any of this, and you’re willing to take that first step, I would be honored to walk with you.
Mentorship (technically called Integrated Daily Dialogic Mentorship, or IDDM) is neither traditional counseling nor spiritual direction, but occupies a unique space in between those two fields. Mentorship is daily accompaniment, looking at you and your story as an integrated whole, examined at your pace, with the goal of finding happiness and holiness in your life.
