“My way is entirely one of trust and love.”

-St. Thérèse of Lisieux

Journey Toward Greater Freedom and Authenticity

I'll help you unpack the burdens you are carrying.

I believe each of us has a deep desire to be known, loved, and to live with greater freedom and authenticity. Yet our wounds, fears, relationships, and life experiences can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves, from others, and even from God.

My role is to offer a safe and compassionate place to slow down, become curious about what is happening within, in order to understand the deeper story God may be inviting you to see.

The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases,

his mercies never come to an end;

they are new every morning;

great is your faithfulness.

~Lamentations 3:22-23

Together we can walk through the very real circumstances of your life— relationships, transitions, discernment, struggles, hopes, and the places where you may feel stuck.

I don’t see my role as having all the answers, but as being present, asking meaningful questions, and helping you recognize the ways God is already at work. Through daily accompaniment, I will help you discover that parts of yourself you may have struggled with or tried to change have something important to tell you.

CatholicPsych’s approach considers the whole person—psychological, emotional, relational, and spiritual—without separating your humanity from your faith. As a Certified CatholicPsych Mentor, I can help you experience greater wholeness, freedom, and peace.

Integrated Mentorship

We know how God made you, why you're stuck, and how to get you unstuck

The mentorship model I provide allows me to walk with you in full view of your whole humanity- your body, mind, and SPIRIT. We are trained by the CatholicPsych Model to understand you through the lens of Faith, Reason, and Science. This is the ONLY way to really know you, and how to help you.

A Daily Model

Accompaniment modeled after Christ should meet you in the context of your daily life, just like He does.

We help you understand and experience the work of God in your life. And even if you struggle with, or don't even believe in God, we can help you to experience how Goodness, Truth, and Beauty are pursuing you in the context of your lived life. You don't have to compartmentalize your "self-care" away from the rest of your life - I'll be with you every day, to walk with you as you are making your way through whatever real challenges are presented to you.

What are your qualifications?

I’ve been there and know personally what it is like to spend years doing, performing, pleasing, and striving for perfection while sensing that God is inviting you into something deeper. My own experience of mentorship gave me a place to step away from those expectations, become curious about my interior life, and learn to meet myself with greater compassion. That journey changed the way I showed up in my marriage, motherhood, friendship, faith and work - and is at the heart of why I now desire to accompany others.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Colorado State University and am a CatholicPsych Certified Mentor, trained in an approach that integrates psychological principles with a deeply Catholic understanding of the human person. I have also attended the Ignatian Discernment Institute’s Teaching Seminar, which deepened my formation in the principles of Ignatian discernment and the practice of recognizing God’s movement in the interior life. Since entering the Catholic Church in 2010, I have been actively involved in parish ministry and currently serve as our OCIA coordinator and as a member of our parish leadership team. I have also served in youth and children’s faith formation. Together, these experiences have shaped the way I accompany others—with compassion for each person’s story, reverence for their God-given dignity, and trust in the way God is uniquely at work in their lives.

What exactly is Mentorship?

Mentorship (technically called Integrated Daily Dialogic Mentorship, or IDDM) is neither traditional counseling nor spiritual direction, but occupies a unique space in between those two fields. Mentorship is daily accompaniment, looking at you and your story as an integrated whole, examined at your pace, with the goal of finding happiness and holiness in your life.
