The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.

Psalm 34:18

I'll help you unpack the burdens you are carrying.

If you are here, something in your life may feel turned upside down. The discovery of pornography use or compulsive sexual behavior in your relationship can feel disorienting, overwhelming, and painfully isolating. These deep relational wounds can cause what is known as betrayal trauma. Many women I walk with carry this silently — holding fear, confusion, and shame beneath the surface while trying to keep everything together.

I want you to know this: you are not alone, and what you are experiencing is real. Your pain makes sense. And even here, in the midst of what feels hidden and unseen, healing is possible.

"So let your heart, which receives all, find room for yourself also."

— St. Bernard of Clairvaux

We are wounded in relationship—and we are also healed in relationship. This truth is at the heart of my work as a CatholicPsych Mentor. Healing from betrayal trauma is not about fixing yourself or forcing quick resolution. It is about gently bringing what is hidden into the light, restoring clarity, and reclaiming your God-given dignity.

Through a trauma-informed and partner-sensitive approach, I accompany women as they begin to understand their story, regulate their experience, and take grounded, faithful steps toward safety, truth, and freedom.

Integrated Mentorship

We know how God made you, why you're stuck, and how to get you unstuck

The mentorship model I provide allows me to walk with you in full view of your whole humanity- your body, mind, and SPIRIT. We are trained by the CatholicPsych Model to understand you through the lens of Faith, Reason, and Science. This is the ONLY way to really know you, and how to help you.

A Daily Model

Accompaniment modeled after Christ should meet you in the context of your daily life, just like He does.

We help you understand and experience the work of God in your life. And even if you struggle with, or don't even believe in God, we can help you to experience how Goodness, Truth, and Beauty are pursuing you in the context of your lived life. You don't have to compartmentalize your "self-care" away from the rest of your life - I'll be with you every day, to walk with you as you are making your way through whatever real challenges are presented to you.

What are your qualifications?

I am a Certified Mentor through the CatholicPsych Institute, trained in the Integrated Daily Dialogic Mentorship (IDDM) model, which integrates psychology, Catholic anthropology, and spiritual formation. I am also a BraveHearts Certified Professional Mentor, with specialized experience accompanying those impacted by compulsive sexual behavior and relational wounds.

I bring over 26 years of personal 12-Step recovery experience, along with years of walking closely with women navigating addiction, abuse, and betrayal trauma. I have witnessed again and again how many suffer quietly — carrying hidden wounds in silence, fear, and shame, without the support they truly need. If you have discovered pornography use or compulsive sexual behavior in your marriage, I see you. This is why I do this work.

My approach is trauma-informed, partner-sensitive, and rooted in St. John Paul II's personalism — honoring the whole person: body, mind, and soul.

"You cannot think your way out of a wound that was written in the flesh."

What I Offer

I offer Professional Catholic mentorship — not psychotherapy, but daily accompaniment that draws on the best of therapy, coaching, and spiritual direction, integrated through the lens of Catholic anthropology. A space where your story is honored, your dignity is protected, and your healing is taken seriously. Together, we work toward deeper self-understanding, emotional and spiritual integration, and a restored capacity to live and love in truth.

What exactly is Mentorship?

Mentorship (technically called Integrated Daily Dialogic Mentorship, or IDDM) is neither traditional counseling nor spiritual direction, but occupies a unique space in between those two fields. Mentorship is daily accompaniment, looking at you and your story as an integrated whole, examined at your pace, with the goal of finding happiness and holiness in your life.
