We need to get a sense of how many people would be interested and able to join us for a pilgrimage to Poland in June 2026. The cost would be roughly $5000 (not including airfare), and the dates would roughly be during the first half of June.
The theme of the pilgrimage is "In the footsteps of JP2", and it will be a more academic/intellectual, beauty-oriented trip. The idea is to experience the devotions and places that JP2 did, to give pilgrims a sense of JP2's mindset and help connect to a deeper understanding of the man who understood the human person. How did he know "the person" so well? How was he so creative and in touch with the Transcendent? How can we be moved to a deeper encounter with our own humanity and that of others?
This pilgrimage will be "Integrated", meaning it will provide not just a holy trip, but workshops leading up to it, mentorship during, and small group experiences afterwards to unpack and integrate the experience into "normal" life.
We need at least 25 people to show interest and be able to place a deposit to reserve a spot. We'll likely limit it to 40 people. Once we get 25 people to sign up below, we'll take deposits ($800 to reserve your spot).
Please send this to any priests you know who would like to invite their parishioners!
This is a great and easy way to build deeper relationships within the parish.
